Announcing a one day symposium to celebrate Fifty Years of the Egyptian-Czech Collaboration in Archaeology. In conjunction with the symposium, there will be an exhibition in the Egyptian Museum, Cairo. The exhibition celebrates the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the Czech (formerly Czechoslovak) Institute of Egyptology. All objects on display are from the Czech excavation/concession in Abusir.
