The “prehistoric landscape” ofJebel Sabaloka is comprised of dozensof granite outcrops differing inthe size and number of terraces andplatforms on which prehistoric occupationoften concentrated. To grasp this structured landscape, the team resorts to aerial (kite)photography and photogrammetry to create 3D models of sites and finds or high-quality orthophotographs.(photo Petr Pokorný)
