The XI. Tempeltagung takes place in Prague this week, from Wednesday, 24th May until Saturday, 27th May. It is organized by the Czech Institute of Egyptology. The conference would like to break through the boundaries separating temple from tomb and focus on the many different types of interaction that existed between these two crucial expressions of ancient Egyptian thought, belief and culture. Besides the Egyptologists from the hosting institution, the papers will be presented by scholars from Egypt, Hungary, France, Germany, New Zealand, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Spain, United Kingdom, and United States of America.
